As the name implies, it’s a machine used for straightening bent rebar,scrap rebar,twisted rebar and others,straightening accuracy could be 85%+

Not only such shapes in the above picture, it can also straight any shapes of bent bar, scrap bar, most shapes of scrap rebar

It has 5 input holes which are passed through different diameter steel bar 6mm-14mm, it has mark stickers showing holes’ capacity, 6mm-14mm range, and it’s very easy for a not skilled operator.

It has a cutting facility which can cut a twisted bar head, if it’s hard to put a twisted bar into the hole, use the cutting facility to cut twisted bar head off,

There are 2 wheels for controlling the compression rollers, adjust the 2 wheels to adapt a good performance of straightening,

Here it is the oil hole cover, it needs inject 5kgs machine oil before using the machine, the reduction gears box supply powerful traction source

This is a 5.5Kw electric motor, connect three phase electric power into junction box, and make sure it’s safety,

This is a 2.2Kw electric motor, there is a three phase power line, connect it to power source, and make sure it’s safety.
